Do some gentle exercises

Exercising regularly is necessary to stay fit and healthy, especially while being pregnant. Although it’s quite natural to gain weight during pregnancy. However, if you will do gentle exercise throughout the pregnancy, it will be easier for you to come back in shape once your baby is born. Regular exercise also prevents high blood pressure, joint pain, depression, mood swings, etc.
