Pregnancy Breakfast: Try This Oats- Eggs Omelette!

Hello to all lovely pregnant women living in Reading!! Hope you are doing well and good by eating healthy, drinking healthy, and getting regular ultrasound sonography from a good private ultrasound scan centre in Reading.

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. During pregnancy, I have started paying more attention to what I eat for breakfast than ever before. As an expecting mother, I can’t eat the same breakfast I used to eat before my pregnancy. Like, before pregnancy, my breakfast would consist of doughnuts and coffee but now I have to be very cautious about my first meal for the day. So, upon my friend' advice, I started including oats-egg omelettes for my breakfast. This Oats -Eggs Omelette is a powerhouse of nutrition, to say the least. As we all know, oats contain manganese, iron, essential vitamins, zinc, and so on whereas, eggs are the cheapest source of protein, vitamins – D, B12, B6, potassium, and good fats. Together they make for a wholesome and filling breakfast.

If you are a pregnant woman who needs to start her day with a nutritional punch, then here’s the perfect Oats-Eggs Omelette at your disposal. Enjoy! 😊
